Meet Lola, our first grand dog, we named the company after her. Our daughter, Kendall is her dog-mom. The recipes for our BBQ hamburger sauce and seasonings have been in our family for generations and now we have Lola help us share it all with you.
This is our family. We have 4 daughters and 2 granddaughters. My name is Lisa and the recipes for the hamburger BBQ and BBQ rubs come from my father and grandmother. I have been so honored to come from a long line of incredible chefs and we are excited to share our families love of cooking with you.
Cook ground hamburger over medium-high heat till juices run clear. (Can add onion to meat while cooking if desired). Once browned, drain grease. Pour sauce over ground hamburger. One cup of sauce per one pound of meat. Allow to simmer for about 10 min over low-med heat. (Add small amount of water if needed) Allow to rest for 5 min prior to serving. Best the next day when warmed up! If you have any left. Add small about of water to mix when reheating.
Gather approximately 1 - 2 pounds of Yukon potatoes. Slice into desired width. Rinse and drain and then cover with cold water and allow to sit for at least 30 min. Drain again. Pat dry with kitchen towel. Spray till lightly coated with preferred oil such as olive or avocado. Then sprinkle with "Dog Gone Good" Seasoning. Bake in a preheated 425 degree over for approx. 30 to 40 min depending on the desired amount of crispiness. ENJOY!
Take 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp, grill till cooked through (about 3 min per side). Lightly brush on Southwestern Dressing while cooking to season. Take shrimp and place inside warmed tortillas. Top with lettuce, cheese, and our Southwestern Dressing. Add any additional toppings of your liking. Enjoy!!
For the best patties, choose ground chuck at an 80/20 mix. Mix one pound of ground chuck with 1/4 cup of Lolalicious Hamburger BBQ. Season with salt and pepper as well as add onion salt and garlic salt if desired. Mix well and form into (4) patties. Place a small indention in the center of the patty prior to cooking. Choose your favorite grilling method and cook to desired temperature and Enjoy.
Using the recipe for the Lolalicious Perfect Patties, make (4) perfect patties. Just prior to removing from heat source, place one slice of mild aged cheddar to each patty to melt the cheese. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 min. Slightly toast 2 sets of Hawaiian bread hamburger buns. Use 1 tsp of Southwestern Dressing on each bottom bun. Place one patty on each bottom bun, use Lolalicious Perfect Dill Pickle and use any other toppings that you desire such as lettuce or tomato and then top with second patty. Add an additional 1 tsp of dressing as desired and place top bun. Enjoy!
